Thank you for shopping with Meleon Hues India. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please note that all our products are custom-made to order, ensuring that you receive a fresh product tailored to your specifications.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are only possible in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

Each product is handcrafted and packed in premium packaging, making returns for any other reason not possible.

How to Initiate a Return?

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service team at info@meleonhues.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9250504206 within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process:

  1. We will arrange for a pickup from your provided address.

  2. Once picked up, the product will take 3-5 days to reach our warehouse.

  3. Our team will conduct a quality check within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  4. If the product is approved for a return, you can choose between:

    • A replacement of the same product.

    • A refund, which will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Important Conditions for Returns & Refunds:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, invoice, and in its original packaging.

  • If the product is found to be damaged due to misuse, it will not be eligible for a return, and it will be shipped back to you as is.

  • In case a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be provided.
