Shipping and Cancellation

Shipping

• All products are made to order and shipped between 3-4 days. Custom orders take 2-7 days to be shipped depending on the product.
• Once shipped, products take between 2-7 days to get delivered depending on the location.
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please note a charge of shipment will be levied on you payable in actuals. 
• Any delay/issue in shipping will be communicated via Email/Whatsapp.
• In case of pre-paid orders where the customer is not able accept delivery, due to whatsoever reason, and the package is returned to warehouse, cost for further attempts will be borne by the customer.

 

Cancellation

• Meleon Hues does not encourage cancellation of order once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.
• A customer places the same order more than once for the same product and same quantity within a span 24 hours.
• Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped.
• The Meleon Hues reserves the right to cancel/modify orders that might seem fraudulent, contain unserviceable items, display price glitches etc before fulfilment. The same is communicated to the customer promptly
